Customer Service Representatives

Madeline became part of the Main Street team in March 2020 and is one of our receptionists. She graduated with distinction in Spring 2020, obtaining her Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph. She is currently attending the Ontario Veterinary Collage and is in her second year. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering in small and large animal clinical settings, camping and hiking with friends and family, and spending quality time with her cat "Khat".

Jessica, CSR
Jessica became part of the Main street team in 2018. She has always had a love of animals and currently has a horse and a dog to heap her love upon. Working part time at her barn as the lead stable hand keeps her body and mind strong. “Animals are amazing and we are truly lucky to be able to have them in our lives as friends”.

Andie, vaAndie is going into her 3rd year at the University of Guelph to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree. She hopes to one day attend the Ontario Veterinary College and become a small animal veterinarian. In her spare time she loves to volunteer at a wildlife rehabilitation centre and will soon be starting to volunteer at a barn. She also loves to spend time outdoors with her friends and quality time with her recently adopted cat Maisy.

kaitlIn, VAKaitlyn is graduating May 2024 with a Bachelors of Arts and Science at the University of Guelph. She is interested in pursuing research in animal behaviour. In her free times she enjoys volunteering at the National Service Dogs Association helping with the puppies. She also loves spending quality time with her dog Brewer that she rescued from a shelter in Mexico.
