Dr. Nancy brochu
Small animal veterinarian
Dr. Nancy Brochu grew up in Toronto but spent most of her summers on farms and running around in the woods. She completed her undergraduate studies at Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology, a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, and a Bachelor of Education. After teaching middle school in Toronto, ON, Resolute Bay, NU, and Charlottetown, PE, she returned to university to follow her childhood dream of being a veterinarian.
After obtaining her DVM in 2016 from the Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown, she returned to Ontario to complete an Anatomical Pathology residency and a DVSc. Since completing her studies, Nancy has returned to the clinic setting and is looking forward to applying her love of teaching and veterinary medicine to help owners provide their pets with the best care possible. When not at the clinic, Nancy spends time with her cat Nightcrawler and numerous freshwater fish.
