COVID-19 Update (March 20, 2022):

Our appointment policies have changed:

1. We are allowing one client per household into the building for veterinarian appointments only.  If you have young children that cannot be left unattended please inform reception and we will be able to accommodate a curbside appointment for you (ie. one of our staff members will assist while you wait in your vehicle during the appointment). Appointments scheduled with the Registered Veterinary Technicians will still be treated as a curbside appointment to limit traffic flow into the clinic.
2. We still have a our locked door policy in place. Food and prescription pick ups can still come to our designated pick up window.
3. We ask that you still call the clinic when you arrive to your appointment to inform reception that you are here. You will be instructed to wait in your vehicle until you are informed a room is ready for you.
4. We ask that when you are here for your appointment that you remain in your designated exam room until you are instructed to leave.
5. COVID-19 screening protocols will be put in place. If you answer yes to any of the questions, we will be able to accommodate a curbside appointment for you.

COVID-19 Update (August 9, 2021):

Our appointment policies have changed:

1. We are slowly starting to allow clients into the building for veterinarian appointments only.
4. There is a limit of only one person allowed in the clinic during appointments. If you have young children that cannot be left unattended please inform reception and we will be able to accommodate a curbside appointment for you (ie. one of our staff members will assist while you wait in your vehicle during the appointment).
5. Masks are required to be worn when inside the clinic. If you are unable to wear a mask we will accommodate you with a curbside appointment.  Please sanitize your hands.
6. We ask that when you are here for your appointment that you remain in your designated exam room until you are instructed to leave.
7. COVID-19 screening protocols will be put in place. If you answer yes to any of the questions, we will be able to accommodate a curbside appointment for you.

COVID-19 Update (December 2, 2020):

1. We are still offering curbside services. When you arrive for your appointment please call us from the parking lot. The receptonist will take down your information and go over some general questions.
2. Once we are ready for your pet the RVT assisting the veterinarian with the appointment will call you and direct you to bring your pet to the front door. At this time we ask that you remain in your vehicle in the parking lot unless directed otherwise by staff.
** cats must be in a carrier
** dogs must be leashed securely
3. After the appointment the veterinarian will call you to go over exam findings and answer any questions that you may have.
4. If you are in need of the debit machine for payment you will then be directed to our " RX and Food" pick up window. There is now a shelter located at the window to protect clients from the cold weather and elements. After payment we will then meet you back at the front door with your pet.

Reminders:
To avoid long wait times at the pick up window we ask that you still call ahead of time for food requests so they can be ordered/ put aside for you. Orders can also be pre-paid over the phone.
We require 24-48 hours notice on all prescription request refills.
Due to our curbside service our phone lines are busier than normal. If you cannot get through please keep trying. Food and prescription requests can also be made through email.
Thank you for your patience during this difficult time!
